Description
Ozark Guidance is seeking a Charge RN for the Crisis Stabilization Unit in Northwest Arkansas. The position will be responsible for supervising staff members in the 24-hour facility, and will be scheduling and training staff members, as well as maintaining appropriate staffing ratios and managing general work flow on the unit.  The position requires 24/7 on call availability to manage unit issues after office hours.  The position plays a key role in all unit audits, inspections, and evaluations from governing bodies.
The position requires at least two years of experience working in a Crisis Stabilization facility.  A valid, current RN license is required, with experience in psychiatric nursing preferred. Excellent management, interpersonal, computer, and communication (oral and written) skills are required.  Candidates must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and have good time management skills.
Work hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00, with on call responsibilities after regular office hours.  No phone calls please.
