Title:Community Outreach Specialist II - Washington County Schools
A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field with an active Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW) is required to apply for this position. We prefer one to two years of experience working with children and families in a school setting. We prefer experience providing trainings and other outreach. Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, time management, organizational, and computer skills are required. The ability to be self-motivated, organized and to work independently as well as with a treatment team model are also required. The candidate should have good computer skills, the ability to organize and prioritize, and be patient, consistent, and flexible, and must be able to work within school settings.

The Community Outreach Specialist will serve as the liaison between the Washington County school based department and school personnel as well as provide outreach and training opportunities. This position will require travel through the Ozark Guidance four-county catchment area. Work Hours: Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; some occasional evenings and weekends.
