Title:Program Coordinator - Mountain Home Office

A master's degree in Counseling or Social Work with a current terminal Arkansas license (LPC or LCSW ) is required.  The candidate should have excellent communication (oral and written), time management, organizational, computer (including Excel) and leadership skills. The position will directly manage clinical staff and provide oversight to the Mountain Home office. Primary responsibilities include: financial performance of the service area, facilitation of daily operations, administrative and clinical management, compliance with policies and procedures, program development, maintaining effective collaboration with internal and external relationships, quality of clinical services, outcomes, management of supervision and training, and direct services when appropriate.  Work Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday.
