A high school diploma or GED is required. Two to five years of experience in a related field is required, along with a working knowledge of provider insurance processes and requirements. The position will be completing insurance applications for providers at the time of hire as well as ongoing to various insurance panels (Medicaid, Medicare, QualChoice, BCBS, Cigna, etc.). The candidate must be detail oriented; have good oral and written communication skills; have the ability to multitask; be proficient with Microsoft applications including Word and Excel; have the ability to work independently and efficiently; and have the ability to liaison with providers and insurance companies to complete paneling process in a timely manner meeting the insurance required deadlines. Work Hours: Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
