Description
Ozark Guidance is seeking candidates to fill the Director of the Crisis Stabilization Unit.  A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Nursing is required, as well as a current terminal Arkansas license (RN, LCSW or LPC).  Candidates must have experience in Crisis Stabilization and management.   Strong leadership and communication skills, effective use of computer and data analytics, and advanced knowledge of substance use and crisis stabilization treatments are required.

The position is responsible for oversight of administrative, fiscal, quality, and compliance/regulatory operations for all Crisis Stabilization Unit services within the agency.  Responsibilities include staffing, access, treatment model completion of state reports, and compliance indicators.  The position is a member of the Clinical Services Management Team.  This position will direct all services at the Crisis Stabilization Unit.

Full time, Monday - Friday 40+ hours per week.  No phone calls please.
